Ralph Dengler is a U.S. Marine Corps combat veteran and first-chair trial attorney. He brings his commitment and zeal to counseling clients and litigating patent, trademark, trade secret, and copyright matters in federal courts across the United States, in the UK and Germany, and before the Unified Patent Court (UPC). Ralph handles matters across diverse technologies, including streaming and social media, railroad control systems, software and electronics, 3D printing, video surveillance and monitoring, telecommunications, shooting and outdoor sports industries, pharmaceuticals and medical devices, chemical compounds, food containers and packaging, and construction and dredging.
Ralph began his legal career as an assistant district attorney in the Bronx, and his IP law practice at Fitzpatrick Cella Harper & Scinto. He also served for 22 years as an infantry officer in the U.S. Marine Corps, retiring in 2010 as a reserve colonel.
