We represent one of the nation's largest associations of power generation, transmission, and distribution companies on solid and hazardous waste and chemical substance compliance matters, environmental remediation, and the transport of hazardous materials. We also represent a wide spectrum of transportation infrastructure, natural resources extraction, and commercial development interests through contentious federal and state permitting issues. Our strong presence in Washington, DC enables our team to represent our clients on virtually any environmental matter involving the federal government, including environmental legislation on Capitol Hill and rulemaking issues before the executive branch and federal agencies. We have strong litigation capabilities to address civil and criminal enforcement matters and complex administrative law challenges.
