Anthony handles U.S. and cross-border deals for publicly traded companies, large privately owned companies, middle-market companies, and emerging growth companies. While the majority of his client’s M&A transactions have been valued between $25 million and $200 million, Anthony has been engaged in many transactions with lower or higher amounts of consideration, including a couple of transactions that exceeded $1 billion in consideration. He works in tandem with the firm's other practice groups on M&A transactions to advise on litigation, employment, tax, government contracts, intellectual property, antitrust, international trade and export control, privacy, data security, and health regulations.
Anthony frequently provides advice to companies in such industries as data and marketing analytics and digital performance marketing, and business and technology services, including digital, technology, consulting, and operations services; food handling, agricultural, and consumer products and services; instrumentation and controls solutions; veterinary pharmaceuticals; and engineering services. He has assisted clients whose businesses focus on digital media, change management consulting, cybersecurity, healthcare, staffing services, laboratory testing, inspection and certification services, transportation and logistics, and social and mobile casino-themed gaming organizations.
